I haven’t baked in ages.
So I found this and think will try it very soon! 😉
125g salted butter
1cup of brown sugar
1tsp of vanilla essence
1 cup of self raising flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
200g lindt chilli chocolate
METHOD: Melt butter on the stove. Pour into a mixing bowl and add sugar, egg and vanilla essence. Stir in the dry ingredients . Break the chocolate into big chunks and add to the mix.
Grease baking tray and roll small balls of dough on the tray. These cookies expand so make sure there is enough space between each one!
Pop tray in the oven for 10 minutes or so. Once out the oven place on wire rack to cool. Serve with tea or milk! by suzielovesjoe
